Job Description

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead high-volume recruitment across our UKI Customer Services function, playing a pivotal role in attracting exceptional talent and delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and is passionate about delivering recruitment excellence through innovative sourcing strategies and data-driven decision-making.

You'll join a collaborative global Talent Acquisition team, partnering with hiring managers, business leaders, and recruiters across multiple regions. Reporting to a supportive, results-focused leader, you'll have the autonomy to make an impact while contributing to a high-performing team.

Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, balancing high-volume hiring with more specialist recruitment and internal mobility.

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment across high-volume customer operations roles, from sourcing through to offer management.
  • Delivering engaging assessment centres and selection processes.
  • Proactively sourcing diverse talent through a variety of channels and continuously exploring new routes to market.
  • Building trusted relationships with hiring managers, providing expert advice on recruitment strategy, market insights and talent availability.
  • Managing internal applications and employee referrals, ensuring an excellent experience for all candidates.
  • Conducting behavioural interviews and presenting clear candidate recommendations.
  • Using recruitment data and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and producing meaningful recruitment reports.
  • Acting as a passionate Sage brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values and employer brand.

You'll bring:

  • Experience managing end-to-end, high-volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and advise at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and producing recruitment reporting and insights.
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • A proactive, innovative approach to sourcing talent and improving recruitment processes.
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
