Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Pinewood (Hybrid) | Languages: English-speaking preferred

We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner within a global organisation. This is a strategic, project-focused role where you will:

  • Support and lead high-volume recruitment initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes within assigned projects
  • Serve as a partner to hiring managers, guiding talent decisions
  • Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and workforce planning advice
  • Optimise recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience
  • Operate in a fast-paced, matrixed, project-driven environment
  • Leverage data and insights to inform hiring decisions and reporting

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Proven track record in high-volume and full-cycle recruitment
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and advisory consulting
  • Familiarity with matrix organisational structures
  • Experience with recruitment technologies and data-driven hiring practices
  • Preferred: Background in Pharma / Medical / Healthcare recruitment
  • Fluent in English (essential)
