Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Pinewood (Hybrid) | Languages: English-speaking preferred
We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner within a global organisation. This is a strategic, project-focused role where you will:
- Support and lead high-volume recruitment initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes within assigned projects
- Serve as a partner to hiring managers, guiding talent decisions
- Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and workforce planning advice
- Optimise recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience
- Operate in a fast-paced, matrixed, project-driven environment
- Leverage data and insights to inform hiring decisions and reporting

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Proven track record in high-volume and full-cycle recruitment
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and advisory consulting
- Familiarity with matrix organisational structures
- Experience with recruitment technologies and data-driven hiring practices
- Preferred: Background in Pharma / Medical / Healthcare recruitment
- Fluent in English (essential)
