Key Responsibilities
Why This Role Matters
Airwallex is scaling rapidly—and we need a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner specialising in product and design recruitment to support our global growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that directly influences our business future.
Core Duties
- Partner with executives to:
- Define hiring needs.
- Align on priorities and talent strategies (especially for product leadership and design teams).
- Attract top talent with:
- Innovative sourcing strategies.
- Special focus on senior-level roles and key markets (e.g., UK, Netherlands, and other EMEA regions).
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process:
- From initial outreach through offer stages.
- Ensuring exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
- Drive decisions with data:
- Use recruiting metrics and market insights to improve efficiency.
- Maintain a high hiring bar.
- Champion excellence by:
- Conducting interviewer calibration sessions.
- Promoting best hiring practices.
- Strengthening Airwallex’s employer brand to attract diverse talent.
Who You Are
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience: 7+ years, including 2+ years in-house.
- Focused expertise in hiring product & design talent:
- Successfully recruited Senior Individual Contributors to Product/G gen-level roles.
- Strong experience sourcing in global markets (e.g., UK, Netherlands, other EMEA locations).
- Strategic thinker:
- Partner with, influence, and align with senior executives on hiring needs.
- Global leader in scaling recruitment:
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a detail-oriented approach.
- Innovative team builder:
- Passionate about elevating hiring practices and building top-tier engineering/design teams.
