Talent Acquisition Partner

Talent Partner – Operational Recruitment Lead

Do you enjoy partnering with operational leaders to attract exceptional talent, shape recruitment strategy, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience?

An exciting commercially minded Talent Partner opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful, people-focused organisation. Working closely with senior operational stakeholders, you will take an active role in delivering end-to-end recruitment across a diverse, high-volume workforce while influencing hiring strategy and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with senior operational leaders to analyse current and future hiring needs.
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment for operational and business support roles across a broad range of functions.
  • Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns while maintaining standards of quality.
  • Developing innovative talent attraction strategies to engage candidates in competitive markets.
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for critical business areas.
  • Utilising recruitment data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and optimise performance.
  • Driving employer brand initiatives and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and succession strategies.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement, recruitment technology upgrades, and refining ways of working.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has significant in-house Talent Acquisition or Talent Partner experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-volume recruitment in operational or customer-facing environments.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to influence hiring decisions.
  • Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • A proactive, commercially focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence using recruitment systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment analytics tools.
