Job Purpose
Partner with Burberry's Technology and Corporate Function leaders to attract, engage and hire exceptional talent across Technology, Data, Digital, Cyber Security, Enterprise Platforms, Finance, Human Resources, Corporate Affairs, Legal and Strategy functions. Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market intelligence, workforce planning support and innovative talent solutions that enable business transformation and long-term growth. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while strengthening Burberry's position as an employer of choice for specialist and leadership talent.
Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Partnership
- Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners and stakeholders to understand organisational priorities and translate workforce plans into effective hiring strategies.
- Provide external market intelligence, talent mapping, competitor insights and compensation benchmarking to influence hiring decisions.
- Support succession planning and organisational design discussions through talent market expertise.
- Advise leaders on diverse hiring strategies to build high-performing and inclusive teams.

- Deliver a premium candidate experience while balancing quality, speed and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead complex, niche and leadership hiring activity through proactive talent mapping and targeted search.
Talent Intelligence & Market Insights
- Develop and present talent market research, competitor analysis and hiring trends to business leaders.
- Identify future capability gaps and recommend strategic sourcing approaches.
- Build talent communities for critical and emerging skill areas, including Data, AI, Cyber Security and Enterprise Technology.
Employer Brand & Talent Attraction
- Act as a Burberry ambassador within Technology and Corporate Functions talent markets.
- Build external networks through industry events, professional associations and specialist communities.
- Leverage innovative sourcing channels and recruitment technologies to engage passive talent.
Process Excellence & Governance
- Ensure all recruitment activity complies with Burberry policies, employment legislation and governance requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting through ATS and talent analytics platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.

Personal Profile
- Experience recruiting across Technology and/or Corporate Functions within a global organisation.
- Proven success hiring for specialist technology disciplines, including Engineering, Data, Architecture, Cyber Security, Product and Enterprise Platforms.
- Experience supporting Corporate Functions such as Finance, HR, Strategy, Corporate Affairs or Legal.
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership teams.
- Demonstrated ability to utilise talent intelligence, market insights and data to shape hiring decisions.
- Strong sourcing capability across both active and passive talent markets.
- Knowledge of talent mapping, workforce planning and executive hiring methodologies.
- Experience using ATS platforms, recruitment technologies, LinkedIn Recruiter and talent analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive and solutions-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional talent outcomes.
