Purpose

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment across our global business, partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage and hire high quality talent. You'll provide market insight, sourcing expertise and recruitment strategy while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

This is a hybrid flexible role, with travel once per month to London.

Role

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking and market mapping.
  • Utilise ATS, job boards and other sourcing channels to identify talent.
  • Screen, assess and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely, constructive feedback is provided.
  • Negotiate salaries, rates and offers within agreed commercial parameters.
  • Provide market intelligence and hiring insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure recruitment activity complies with internal governance and approval processes.
  • Deliver a positive and professional experience for candidates, hiring managers and suppliers.

Direct Sourcing:

  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for priority and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Proactively identify and engage passive talent through a variety of channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.
  • Reduce agency dependency through effective direct sourcing and talent pipelining.

Agency & Supplier Management:

  • Partner with approved recruitment suppliers to support hiring delivery.
  • Manage supplier performance against agreed KPIs and service expectations.
  • Build effective relationships with recruitment partners and external vendors.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supplier performance, capability and value.

Experience

  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience within technology or professional services environments.
  • Strong understanding of the technology talent market, including sourcing strategies, market mapping and competitor insights.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple vacancies, stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with hiring managers and influencing recruitment decisions through data and market intelligence.
  • Skilled in proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, networking and direct search techniques.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
