At Tata Technologies we make product development dreams a reality by designing, engineering and validating the products of tomorrow for the world’s leading manufacturers. Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to be based at our office in Warwick.

The Role:

Recruiter to manage hiring process from publication of a position to contract release to the candidate. This role will support the engineering arm of Tata Technologies business and specifically the automotive business in the UK. The main purpose of the role is to resource CV’s to ensure a strong candidate pipeline and fulfilment of open roles. In addition, proactively building talent pools for future work.

This opportunity is being offered as a 6 month fixed term contract.

Area of Responsibility

  • Use CV databases to identify candidates for open positions
  • Use social media platforms to attract talent
  • Use other identification methods such as networking and referrals
  • Work directly with hiring managers to assess suitability of profiles with view to arranging interviews
  • Organise and support the interview process
  • Negotiate salary or rates with identified candidates
  • Use Tata Technologies ATS to process offers and land candidates for Tata Technologies
  • Manage relations across your defined line of business and establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers, build credibility and earn trust, understand their business and resourcing needs and fill their open positions in a timely manner.
  • Ensure skills are found across various automotive functions such as body engineering, chassis, powertrain, PMO and vehicle engineering

Knowledge / Experience

  • Direct sourcing experience, ideally gained in a recruitment agency, in house or at a service provider delivering resources for projects and programmes.
  • Experience working within a recruitment environment as a successful recruiter, ideally in the automotive/aerospace environment with a successful track record hiring engineers.
  • Ideally experience working on both permanent and contract requirements.
  • Excellent candidate management skills
  • Knowledgeable of IR35 and relevant employment legislation would be an advantage
