Talent Acquisition Resourcer – Contact Centre

Talent Acquisition Resourcer (4-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Our Role

As a Talent Acquisition Resourcer, you’ll support the entirety of the Contact Centre Peak recruitment process, including:

  • Managing job ads, CV and phone screening
  • Conducting interviews, offers, and rejections
  • Maintaining an up-to-date ATS (eArcu) and audit records
  • Ensuring Talent Partners and Hiring Managers receive consistent updates

Please note: This is a 4-month fixed-term contract (FTC) with a mandatory start date of Tuesday, 21st July.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support Talent Acquisition Partners through every stage of the Contact Centre recruitment process
  • Create and publish engaging advertising copy for:
    • Internal and external job boards
    • Website listings
  • Maintain and audit advertising across our platforms, including eArcu for compliance
  • Daily updates to the Contact Centre peak recruitment tracker
  • Onboard and train Hiring Managers for ATS (eArcu) access
  • Ensure Recruitment Best Practice training is completed before interviews
  • Monitor and report on survey completion (e.g., candidate experience feedback)
  • Provide full eArcu support, troubleshoot ATS issues, and audit compliance
  • Manage the Careers Inbox—responding to candidates/Hiring Managers
  • Audit Candidate Experience Surveys quarterly
  • Compliance checks on Hire with Pride questionnaires (GDPR compliance)
  • Monthly reporting on Retail offers for People Partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the People Team, Hiring Managers, and suppliers
  • Promote job roles across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

The Skills & Experience We Need

  • Proven experience in 360-degree recruitment cycles, ideally for volume/peak roles (e.g., contact centres)
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work efficiently at pace while delivering a seamless end-to-end resourcing process
  • A personal passion for the TWC Brand and a commitment to positive candidate experience
  • Honesty, openness, and transparency in workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent working with strong team collaboration
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across departments
  • Recruitment KPI-driven track record
