About the role

This is an opportunity to join a team of Resourcing Coordinators in our Retail Recruitment Hub based in Dundee, Scotland. Working alongside our UK Stores, this role will be integral to resourcing phenomenal candidates across a range of roles and locations, working as part of a wider UK resourcing team that provides support across all of our channels.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the end-to-end recruitment process including, liaising with hiring managers in our Stores, agreeing on timescales
  • Scheduling interviews and offer management.
  • Ensuring every candidate has the best experience possible, whilst providing an outstanding service to our Store teams
  • Maintaining and sustaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by ensuring the right routines are followed.
  • Building positive relationships with the hiring managers in stores and providing regular updates on the resourcing progress.
  • Proactively spotting low attraction to roles and thinking of fast solutions

You will need:

  • Excellent Customer service skills to be able to provide great Candidate experiences
  • Be comfortable working across several different technical systems
  • The ability to be resilient in a fast-paced constantly evolving environment
  • Be able to work on your own, as well as part of a team
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working with Stores or Retail

  • Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary.
  • Holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day (plus Bank holidays).
  • Retirement savings plan - save between 6% - 10% and Tesco will contribute 1.5 times this amount.
  • 26 weeks maternity and adoption leave (12 months service required at the qualifying date) at full pay, followed by 13 weeks of Statutory Maternity Pay or Statutory Adoption Pay, we also offer 6 weeks fully paid paternity leave.
