Talent Acquisition Consultant
Portsmouth
£25,000–£30,000

We're recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join a growing specialist recruitment business based in Portsmouth.
With a headcount of around 80 employees and ambitious growth plans, you'll play a key role in attracting and hiring the talent that will shape the next stage of the company's success.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for internal hires across the business.
- Coordinating the Graduate Recruitment & Training Academy, helping to identify and develop future recruitment consultants.
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience from application through to onboarding.
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
- Supporting employer branding and recruitment initiatives as the business continues to grow.

Who we're looking for:
- Previous recruitment experience (agency or internal).
- Someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering a great candidate journey.
- A recruiter who may be looking to step away from sales and business development and focus on Talent Acquisition.
- Organised, proactive, and passionate about helping people build successful careers.
