Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: The Library, London Work Type: On-Site (5 days a week) Job Type: Full-Time

About QOVES

QOVES is a technology company pioneering facial aesthetics, helping consumers make smarter beauty decisions. Every day, people make important decisions about their appearance based on guesswork or generic advice. We help them decide with clarity instead.

Our platform gives customers a clear, science-backed understanding of their face, paired with bespoke advice on how they can look better. Our work reaches millions: over 2.5 million people follow QOVES across platforms, and our customers are delighted, with 4.8 stars across 600+ reviews. We believe this reflects the care and sensitivity with which we approach every person who comes to us for guidance.

We’re a profitable, growing company headquartered at The Library, London, with a team across the globe. What guides us is simple: people deserve more than one-size-fits-all advice when it comes to their appearance. Every decision we make—from the science behind our models to the way we communicate results—is grounded in evidence, responsibility, and a broad, inclusive understanding of beauty.

About the Role

We are hiring our first in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist to own recruitment end to end. You will not wait for applications to arrive; the core of this role is proactive sourcing, finding and engaging strong candidates who are not actively looking, and persuading them to join us.

You will run the full hiring process, from writing job briefs with hiring managers, through sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and assessments, and supporting offers. We hire across a mix of technical and non-technical roles, both in London and across a distributed international team. This will require you to transition seamlessly between varied searches.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
