This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in the United Kingdom.
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support global recruitment efforts and identify skilled independent contractors across different regions.
The role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and hiring talented linguists to support diverse language requirements.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate discovery and assessment through onboarding.
This position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment with exposure to multiple markets and time zones.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and comfortable managing high-volume recruitment activities.
You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates worldwide.
Accountabilities
- Source, attract, and recruit independent contractors from various regions based on specific language and business requirements.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess language skills, qualifications, and overall suitability for available opportunities.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Support high-volume hiring initiatives while maintaining quality standards throughout the process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Conduct market research and maintain relationships with potential candidates to strengthen future talent pipelines.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.
- Track recruitment activities and analyze hiring metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
- Experience managing recruitment processes independently and handling multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and manage tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones when required.
- Previous experience recruiting independent contractors, freelancers, or international talent is a plus.
