Location: Barcelona, Spain or London, UK Department: ABK International Talent Team Reports to: Talent Acquisition Team Lead
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your mission is to manage and deliver effective recruitment outcomes across a range of roles and disciplines. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to execute recruitment strategies that meet the evolving needs of the business.
Operating with growing confidence across varied recruitment scenarios, you will own the recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles while adopting a consultative role with stakeholders. You'll leverage clear communication, a structured approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement in every interaction, ensuring a best-in-class experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple functions and geographies, supporting hiring at various role levels and types.
- Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs, advising them on role requirements, market conditions, and best hiring practices.
- Ensure clear, inclusive communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout each stage of the recruitment process.
- Apply DE&I principles to sourcing, job design, and candidate evaluation, fostering fair and inclusive recruitment experiences.
- Utilise recruitment systems (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter) and recruitment data to manage pipelines, track progress, and maintain process accuracy.
- Support structured assessments, interviews, and decision-making, aligning with agreed hiring criteria.
- Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition (TA) team and cross-functional partners (e.g., Employer Brand, People Operations) to deliver efficient recruitment campaigns and hiring projects.
- Proactively identify small-scale process improvements, contributing ideas to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

Requirements
Skills and Experience
- Essential: Proven experience managing end-to-end (360°) recruitment processes across multiple roles, ideally within Tech, Product, or Data disciplines in either a fast-paced or matrixed organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes while managing multiple open roles and stakeholder relationships.
- Capacity to build trust with hiring managers and partners, leveraging communication and problem-solving skills to influence outcomes.
Tools & Systems Knowledge
- Proficiency in ATS and CRM systems (e.g., Workday, Eightfold).
- Skills in sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Comfort with scheduling or coordination tools.
Communication & Analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication in English, ensuring clarity and effectiveness with candidates and stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of DE&I in hiring, applying these principles across all recruitment stages.
- Ability to analyse recruitment data to inform decisions, track performance, and propose process improvements.
