Are you an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of hiring Technology, Data, AI and Engineering professionals?
We're working with a leading global organisation to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their in-house Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity to partner with hiring managers across the UK, delivering end-to-end recruitment while helping to attract exceptional technical talent into a fast-paced, innovative business.
The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple UK vacancies.
- Partnering with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Proactively sourcing high-quality Technology, Data, AI, and Engineering talent through LinkedIn, networking, and direct search.
- Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and supporting supplier performance.
- Coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Maintaining accurate ATS records and producing recruitment reports.
- Supporting onboarding and continuously improving recruitment processes.

About You
- 3-6 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment consultancy.
- Proven experience recruiting Technology, Data, AI, and Engineering professionals (essential).
- Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with ATS platforms, recruitment reporting, and agency partners.
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience.
