About the role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you'll play a key role in helping us attract and hire exceptional talent across the business! You'll combine recruitment coordination and candidate sourcing, ensuring every candidate has a brilliant experience from application through to offer.

Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Managers, you'll support hiring across the organisation, including Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Sales, Risk, Operations and Corporate functions. You'll keep recruitment running smoothly behind the scenes while proactively identifying great talent and helping showcase Liberis as an employer of choice!

What you'll get to do:

Recruitment Coordination & Administration

  • Manage interview scheduling and confirmations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Create and maintain interview process documentation, hiring plans and interview guides.
  • Support the creation and publishing of job adverts.
  • Coordinate offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within our ATS, ensuring data quality and compliance.
  • Produce recruitment reports, pipeline updates and hiring metrics.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, documentation and ways of working.

Candidate Management & Sourcing

  • Review incoming applications, screening candidates against role requirements and making recommendations to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring every applicant receives a timely, positive and engaging experience.
  • Build and nurture talent pools for current and future hiring across technical and business functions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers on sourcing strategies for priority and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective candidates and generate interest in opportunities at Liberis.

Employer Brand

  • Support the delivery of our employer brand across social media, careers pages and recruitment campaigns.
  • Help create engaging content that showcases our people, culture and engineering teams.
  • Support recruitment marketing activity, ensuring our vacancies reach the right audiences.
  • Help gather candidate and hiring manager feedback to continually improve our recruitment experience.

What we think you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination, admin or talent acquisition roles.
  • Experience reviewing applications and supporting candidate screening.
  • Experience using ATS - ideally Greenhouse.
  • Exposure to sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • An interest in employer branding, recruitment marketing or social media would be a bonus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
