Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for working closely with our Account Management team to build a strong understanding of our client’s needs and turn this into a viable candidate search strategy. Utilising both internal (ATS) and external search tools (job boards, LinkedIn) you will identify, attract and validate potential FDM consultants before passing to Account Managers to build into our bespoke client solutions.
Main duties:
- Search, selection and validation of candidates for FDMs consultant work streams across sectors such as Finance, Public Sector, IT, Defence and FMCG.
- Utilise FDM’s applicant tracking system (ATS) to control and progress open vacancies and to ensure accurate reporting.
- Work closely with Account Managers, advising them on their open roles and current status.
- Adhere to hiring process and data protection to ensure good record keeping and compliance.

About You
The ideal candidate will be a strong, natural communicator with a process-driven nature. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment that often needs to shift priorities. Some key attributes would be:
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Demonstrable experience sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn
- Comfortable working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Happy working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Desirable:
- Exposure to enterprise clients (e.g. banking, financial services, public sector)
This role would suit an individual with some experience in recruitment or talent sourcing that would like the opportunity to join a large organisation and develop broader talent acquisition skills.
