Are you an experienced Talent Attraction or Sourcing Specialist with a passion for finding exceptional talent in scientific and research environments? We're looking for a proactive sourcing professional to support hiring across Research & Development (R&D), helping build diverse talent pipelines for future-focused scientific, clinical, digital, and innovation roles.

About the Role

You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans that support hiring across a range of R&D functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys market mapping, talent intelligence, and building long-term candidate pipelines in highly specialised industries.

  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies aligned with workforce planning and hiring priorities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for scientific, clinical, digital, AI, data, and other specialist R&D roles.
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent landscape research.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and AI-enabled sourcing tools.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidate shortlists.
  • Use market insights and data to influence sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Monitor pipeline performance, diversity metrics, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders while providing market intelligence and talent insights.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Talent Attraction, or Strategic Sourcing.
  • Previous experience recruiting within Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or another highly specialised industry.
  • Proven success sourcing scientific, clinical, technical, digital, or other niche professional talent.
  • Strong experience with market mapping and talent intelligence.
  • Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms, AI sourcing tools, and advanced Boolean searching.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, data-driven approach to sourcing and talent engagement.
