Your Responsibilities

Your role will blend coaching, strategy, and execution. Key tasks include:

  • Coordinating with the CEO for weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates.
  • Identifying and engaging potential talent for outreach.
  • Leading the first-stage screening of CVs (entry-level recruitment).
  • [Administering Greenhouse], our recruitment platform, which includes:
    • Renewing and updating job postings.
    • Crafting persuasive job descriptions to attract top candidates.
    • Ensuring seamless synchronisation between FirstMind and Greenhouse.
  • Reporting jointly to the senior recruitment lead and the CEO.
