Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Data)
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Data) based in United Kingdom.
Join a fast-paced, international recruitment team where you'll play a key role in attracting top technical talent across Data, AI, and broader technology functions. In this position, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Combining strategic sourcing with relationship-building and structured interviewing, you'll help identify exceptional professionals who contribute to long-term business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment specialist who enjoys working in a collaborative, remote environment focused on innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Accountabilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, with a strong focus on Data, AI, and other specialized technology roles.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates using a variety of recruitment channels and sourcing strategies.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition initiatives to build strong candidate pipelines and support ongoing hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements, align recruitment strategies, and manage expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining proactive, timely, and transparent communication from initial outreach through offer stages.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, hiring practices, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within technology-focused environments.
- Proven experience hiring for technical roles, including Data, AI, software engineering, or related disciplines.
- Strong expertise in competency-based interviewing and structured candidate assessment techniques.
- Excellent sourcing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering a positive hiring experience.
