Apotech is a Life Science Management Consultancy, delivering outsourced services in Quality and Regulatory Affairs. We are still a small start-up, but with big ambitions! Fundamental to the business is to continue to create an organisation where employees are excited to come to work, are proud of what we do & who we are, and to push the boundaries of social responsibilities. We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our amazing team in Borough, London. You will play a key role in building, engaging, and maintaining Apotech’s global consultant community, ensuring we attract and retain exceptional Quality & Regulatory professionals who support our clients worldwide.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process for internal and external hires under the guidance of the TA Manager.
  • Conduct initial screening and competency-based interviews with external consultants.
  • Work closely with Business Managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with Business Managers.
  • Support passive sourcing activities by identifying and engaging new talent.
  • Ensure the CRM is consistently updated (CVs, notes, tags, compliance documentation).
  • Process employee, candidate, and consultant data in full compliance with GDPR.
  • Share content ideas with the TA Manager and Marketing team to support employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field) is preferred, but not essential.
  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing, ideally within consultancy, recruitment, or a related sector.
  • Confident approaching new people and comfortable handling unexpected questions.
  • You are an active listener. You know how to ask the right questions and adapt your approach based on the answers.
  • You look forward to a start-up mentality as a resourceful self-starter with a clear bias for action and results.
  • You identify yourself as confident and a fast thinker.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • A good person who looks out for others!
