About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your mission is to manage and deliver effective recruitment outcomes across a range of roles and disciplines. You will work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to execute recruitment strategies that meet the evolving needs of the business.
Operating with growing confidence across varied recruitment situations, you will own the recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, bringing clear communication, a structured approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement to every interaction. This role supports best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across diverse functions and geographies, supporting hiring at multiple levels and role types.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), advising on role requirements, market conditions, and best practices for effective hiring.
- Ensure clear, inclusive communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Apply DE&I principles to recruitment activities, including sourcing, job design, and evaluation, ensuring fair and inclusive experiences.
- Utilise recruitment systems (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter) and data analytics to manage pipelines, track activity, and refine processes.
- Support structured assessments and interviews, working with hiring teams to align to agreed criteria and frameworks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Employer Branding, People Operations, and the broader Talent Acquisition team to execute recruitment campaigns.
- Proactively identify process improvements—from small-scale optimisations to scalable solutions—that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Essential Requirements
Experience
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently across multiple roles, ideally within Tech, Product, or Data disciplines.
- Proven ability to balance multiple open roles while delivering quality hiring outcomes and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated track record of building trust with hiring managers, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills to influence outcomes.
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Workday, Eightfold), sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter), and collaboration tools.
- Fluency in English for clear written and verbal communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Solid grasp of DE&I principles and their application at all stages of hiring (sourcing, interviews, evaluation).
- Ability to analyse recruitment data to inform decisions, track performance, and recommend improvements.
- Developing business acumen: understanding of ABK’s hiring priorities and how recruitment drives team and company success.
