For our location in London, we are looking for a bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist, fluent in English and German.
Purpose of This Role
The main purpose of this role is to support business continuity by taking full operational responsibility of recruitment in GB (corporate and production). You will also be responsible for hiring for our biggest location in Germany - hence the requirement for fluency in German. You network, source and build relationships with talents within FMCG space and help build high performing teams for our business.
When not actively recruiting, you support with employer branding activities by creating content for our socials which represent our work culture and how we hire. You will be part of a dynamic, international recruitment team and proactively suggest ways to improve processes and candidate experience - including suggesting AI usage where relevant.
Location
You will be physically based in our corporate office in London but will be required to travel to our production site in Bradford as needed to support with blue collar hiring.
Your Tasks
- Continuous active sourcing, screening applications, corresponding with applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews as well as managing offer process
- Creating engaging job adverts in cooperation with hiring managers and HR business partners
- Proactively advising business leaders and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process with regards to applicant selection, recruiting channels and interview methods
- Conducting job interviews - phone screens, Teams and in-person interviews - together with hiring managers
- Building strong talent pipelines by networking on social media and other relevant forums
- Supporting with local and global employer branding + other recruitment projects
- Analysing and reporting on recruitment funnel data as well as tracking recruitment KPIs
- Ensuring successful collaboration with external agencies (only in exceptional cases)

Your Profile
- Successfully completed university degree or apprenticeship in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of work experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an internationally operating manufacturing company. Experience in FMCG highly preferred
- Experience in recruiting for blue collar (production) as well as corporate functions - entry level to middle management roles
- Proven experience in active sourcing on LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Very good understanding of the full candidate life cycle
- High level of interest in the evolving technology landscape within recruitment and employer branding
- Experience working with modern ATS as well as comfortable with MS Office Suite
- Structured, independent way of working and a strong communicator
- Able to work as a reliable sparring partner to hiring managers and HR Manager for all recruitment related topics
- Bilingual in German and English - required
- Located within commutable distance to central London and willing to come to the office at least 3 days a week
