Talent Acquisition Specialist (German Speaking)
Uxbridge, West London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)
£35,000–£40,000 + excellent benefits
Are you an experienced recruiter looking to join a collaborative, fast-paced Talent Acquisition team within a global organisation? Our client is looking for a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across the EMEA region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with agency, in-house TA or recruitment experience who enjoys sourcing, stakeholder management and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles throughout EMEA
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality talent using a range of channels
- Conducting candidate screening interviews and managing the interview process
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines using an ATS
- Supporting recruitment projects across multiple European markets

What we're looking for:
- Fluent German (spoken and written) – essential
- Previous recruitment experience (agency, in-house Talent Acquisition or recruitment/resourcing)
- Confident sourcing and screening candidates across European markets
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
