About the Role
Your mission as a Talent Acquisition Specialist is to manage and deliver effective recruitment outcomes across a diverse range of roles and disciplines. Working closely with hiring managers and cross-functional partners, you will execute recruitment strategies tailored to the evolving needs of the business.
Operating with growing confidence across varied recruitment scenarios, you will:
- Own the recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles
- Take an increasingly consultative role with stakeholders
- Apply clear communication and a structured approach to every interaction while improving candidate and stakeholder experiences
Your role will drive best-in-class recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring—across multiple functions and geographies, supporting hiring across various levels and disciplines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), advising them on:
- Role requirements and design
- Market conditions
- Best practices for effective hiring strategies
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain clear, inclusive, and transparent communication with candidates and stakeholders at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Diversity & Inclusion Integration: Apply DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) principles across sourcing, job design, and candidate evaluation to create fair and inclusive recruitment.
- Recruitment Tools & Systems: Use ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Workday and Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM systems, and data-driven tools to:
- Manage pipelines
- Track activity
- Ensure process accuracy
- Assessments & Decision-Making: Support structured assessments and interview processes aligned with agreed hiring criteria and frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Employer Brand, People Operations, and the cross-functional team to execute key recruitment campaigns and hiring projects effectively.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify small-scale process improvements, contribute innovation ideas, and help enhance:
- Recruitment efficiency
- Candidate and stakeholder experiences

Experience: Essential Skills & Criteria
Managed Recruitment Successfully
- Experience independently handling end-to-end (360-degree) recruitment processes across multiple roles, particularly in:
- Fast-paced or matrixed organizations
- Tech, Product, or Data disciplines (preferred)
- Proven ability to:
- Deliver quality hiring outcomes
- Manage multiple open roles and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
- Demonstrated capability to:
- Build trust with hiring managers and partners
- Use communication and problem-solving to positively influence outcomes
Knowledge & Skills
- Technical Proficiency:
- ATS/Career webpage management: Workday, Workday Recruiter, Eightfold
- Sourcing platforms: LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM systems
- Scheduling and coordination tools
- Communication:
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to clearly convey information to both candidates and stakeholders.
- Diversity & Inclusion (DE&I):
- Solid understanding of DE&I principles in hiring.
- Experience applying them across sourcing, job design, and candidate evaluation.
- Data-Driven Approach:
- Comfortable analyzing recruitment data to inform decisions, track performance, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Business Acumen Development:
- Growing understanding of ABK’s business model and how recruitment contributes to:
