Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role: Associate Recruiter (Remote)

Location: Work from Anywhere (Remote) Job Type: Full-Time Payout: $15–$20/hour


Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Associate Recruiter to support the end-to-end recruitment process. This full-time role involves sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for diverse positions while collaborating with hiring managers to identify top talent.

The role focuses on ensuring a smooth recruitment experience, bridging the gap between talent and hiring teams across multiple departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing & Outreach

    • Actively source candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
    • Use Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools to expand talent pools.
  • Screening & Assessment

    • Conduct initial resume screenings, interviews, and evaluations to determine fit for vacancies.
    • Assess qualifications, technical skills, and cultural alignment with roles.

  • Interview Coordination

    • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
    • Perform post-interview follow-ups, providing feedback to candidates and recruiters.
  • ATS Management

    • Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress, and recruitment metrics in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strategic Partnerships

    • Work closely with hiring managers to refine job requirements and understand evolving talent needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Recruiting Experience

  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, and placement).
  • Experience working with multiple independent requisitions at once.

✔ Technical Proficiency

  • Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and industry tools.

✔ Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication to engage with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders.
