Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Full-Time
Payout: $15 - $20/hour
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Associate Recruiter to work on a full-time basis. The role involves sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for open positions while managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The position supports hiring managers in identifying top talent across various departments and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, including scheduling and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in the ATS.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and refine job requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and placement.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
