About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Appvia’s Talent Acquisition team.
This is a high-impact, delivery-focused role for an experienced technology recruiter who thrives in fast-paced consultancy environments and enjoys building strong technical teams at pace. You’ll work closely with:
- The Talent Acquisition Lead
- Leadership across the business
Key Focus:
Attract, engage, and secure high-quality talent across multiple disciplines, including:
- Platform engineering
- Software engineering
- Delivery
- Data
- AI
- Cloud consulting
We’re looking for someone who can make an immediate impact—driving sourcing, building pipelines, managing candidate processes, and closing strong candidates in competitive markets within the first month.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of recruitment delivery across agreed business areas and technical practices
- Proactively source, screen, and engage high-quality technical talent in:
- Cloud
- Platform engineering
- Software engineering
- Delivery
- AI markets
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for active and near-term hiring demand
- Manage candidate processes end-to-end, ensuring:
- Strong candidate experience
- High engagement
- Robust process control
- Support offer management, negotiation, and closing in competitive markets
- Partner closely with:
- Hiring managers
- Talent Acquisition Lead
- Deliver against hiring priorities and business growth plans
- Maintain high levels of recruitment activity across multiple concurrent roles and pipelines
- Collaborate with People Operations to support:
- Onboarding
- Smooth new starter experience
- Contribute to employer branding activites, including:
- Other online audiences
- Support:
- Recruitment reporting
- ATS hygiene
- Market mapping
- Hiring process improvements as the business scales

About You
You’re a driven, delivery-focused recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-output hiring environments with a passion for:

Qualifications & Experience
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience recruiting in:
- Technology

- Consultancy markets
- Strong sourcing, headhunting, and pipeline-building capability in competitive technical skillsets
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in fast-moving hiring environments
- Strong skills in:
- Candidate management

- Technical candidates
- Senior stakeholders
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with:

- Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Workable) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
