Location: Remote (Global) – working within UK business hours (9am-5pm GMT/BST) Contract: 6-month rolling contract Day Rate: £100–200 per day

About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team.
This high-impact, delivery-focused role is ideal for an experienced technology recruiter who excels in fast-paced consultancy environments and thrives in building strong technical teams at pace. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and business leadership, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and securing top talent across:
- Platform engineering
- Software engineering
- Delivery
- Data
- AI
- Cloud consulting
Key trait: Ability to make an immediate impact—driving sourcing, building pipelines, managing candidate processes, and closing high-calibre candidates within their first month.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of recruitment delivery across agreed business areas and technical practices.
- Proactively source, screen, and engage high-quality technical talent in:
- Cloud
- Platform engineering
- Software engineering
- Delivery
- AI markets
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for active and future hiring needs.
- Manage candidate processes end-to-end, ensuring:
- Strong candidate experience
- High engagement levels
- Strong process control
- Support offer management, negotiation, and closing in competitive markets.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Lead to align with:
- Hiring priorities
- Business growth plans
- Maintain high volume of recruitment activity with multiple concurrent roles.
- Collaborate with People Operations to ensure:
- Smooth onboarding
- Positive new starter experience
- Contribute to employer branding efforts, especially via LinkedIn and online platforms.
- Support:
- Recruitment reporting
- ATS hygiene
- Market mapping
- Hiring process optimisations as the business scales

About You
This role is a great fit for a driven, high-output recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys:
- Finding and securing hard-to-reach technical talent
- Building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Delivering quality hires at pace
Preferred candidates come from a high-performing technology recruitment agency background, seeking to move in-house while retaining a focus on delivery, sourcing, and hiring impact.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience recruiting within:
- Technology markets
- Digital transformation
- Cloud platforms
- Software engineering
- Consultancy markets
- Strong capabilities in:
- Sourcing & headhunting
- Pipeline building (for competitive technical roles)
- Experience handling multiple vacancies simultaneously in fast-moving hiring environments.
- Strong skills in:
- Candidate management
- Influencing
- Offer closing
- Confidence engaging with:
- Technical candidates
- Senior stakeholders
- Proactive, commercially minded approach with high ownership and urgency.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workable) and:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Other sourcing tools
- Excellent organisation, communication, and prioritisation skills.
- High resilience, energy, and self-motivation.
