Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Eltham
Salary: up to £45,000
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in shaping how Baily Garner attracts, engages, and secures exceptional talent. Based from our Eltham office, with the potential for hybrid working, this is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive recruitment professional who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing hiring decisions, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
You will join a small, supportive, and forward-thinking Recruitment team, taking ownership of sourcing strategy, talent pipelining, and end-to-end recruitment delivery across a varied range of professional roles. This role would suit someone who brings strong recruitment expertise, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities that positively impact their lives.

Role Information
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Schedule interviews
- Develop candidate sourcing strategy and build talent pipelines
- Direct source passive candidates
- Manage offers and onboarding
- Advertise vacancies on job platforms and social media
- Pre-screen candidates to assess suitability for roles and manage database of CVs for future roles
- Promote and track employee referral bonus schemes
- Support the optimisation of the Applicant Tracking System (currently using Cezanne Recruitment but transitioning to Workable)
- Drive continuous improvement of the recruitment process
- Support hiring managers with recruitment processes, policies, and procedures
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, diversity metrics, etc.)
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, including promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Experience developing, managing, and maintaining a recruitment pipeline.
- Construction/professional services recruitment background is an advantage.
- A personable individual with a strong work ethic, good communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate, innovate, and problem solve.
