What You'll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll take charge of attracting and retaining the best talent while driving candidate engagement initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs and create hiring plans.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and talent pipelines.
- Building a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Utilizing data and metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process and inform decision-making.
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring efforts.
- Promoting our employer brand.
- Administering and optimizing ATS systems (e.g., Pinpoint, Predictive Index).
