At Expleo, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong AI & Data focus to help us attract, analyse, and hire the next generation of technology leaders.

Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert within Talent Acquisition, with a primary focus on AI & Data, while maintaining the flexibility to support hiring across wider Expleo capability areas (e.g. Quality Services, Transformation, Engineering) as business needs evolve
- Bring prior experience from in-house consultancy environments and/or agency recruitment, with a strong ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Own and deliver recruitment activity for AI & Data hiring, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through to offer
- Use data and market insights to inform hiring decisions, talent pipelines, and recruitment strategy — with a clear focus on delivery and hiring outcomes
- Conduct market and talent intelligence research across AI, data engineering, analytics, and emerging technologies to proactively identify and engage talent
- Apply innovative and forward-thinking recruitment tactics to attract hard-to-find AI & Data talent, including leveraging new sourcing channels, AI-enabled tools, and proactive talent engagement strategies
- Support continuous improvement of TA tools, systems, and AI-enabled sourcing approaches to enhance delivery and candidate engagement
- Operate with flexibility across Expleo’s wider capability areas (e.g. Quality Services, Transformation, Engineering), stepping beyond AI & Data hiring as business demand requires
- Work as a hands-on individual contributor supporting UK services, with selective collaboration across shared services

Qualifications
- Demonstrable track record of delivering against challenging or niche hiring requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within AI, Data, Digital, or Technology hiring
- Experience working within an in-house consultancy environment and/or agency recruitment
Essential skills
- We’re looking for someone who brings strong recruitment expertise combined with analytical thinking and a results-focused mindset:
- Strong understanding of AI, Data, Digital, or Technology hiring markets, with the ability to identify and secure in-demand talent
- Proven experience using recruitment data and market insights to influence hiring outcomes and improve delivery performance
- Confident working across ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and other innovative sourcing tools and methods to build high-quality talent pipelines
- Ability to interpret hiring trends and talent intelligence to proactively adjust approach and drive hiring success
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, with a consultative approach and a clear focus on delivering results against business demand
