About the Role
Here at Latus Group we are requiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to ensure we bring the best people talent into Latus, someone who will enhance our already existing team and deliver on KPI's, drive recruitment and make a true difference to how we recruit.
Requirements
- Proven recruitment experience
- Based at our Manchester offices
- Full driver's license to ensure other sites have visibility and face to face support for recruitment days
Responsibilities
- Actively search highly talented candidates through the use of social media, direct placements
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Manage the job boards on a daily basis
- Manage the recruitment process through a comprehensive ATS system
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure the roles are matched with the right candidates who meet our company values
- Develop key relationships with hiring managers to ensure the roles are fit for purpose and ensure we are top of each role
- Aligning requisition processes for sign offs, ensuring all details are completed for the People Team to action
- Ensuring the relevant systems are up to date to track candidates journeys
- Review job descriptions against job roles and needs for each role, ensuring these are fit for purpose and relevant
- Develop a talent pool with both internal and external candidates
- Book interviews and arrange rooms for interviews where required
- Follow the candidate journey and regular checks in to be completed
- Develop Competency based interview processes and documents
- Align processes to Recruitment requirements
- Ensure Monthly statistics are completed on time to hire, candidate generation and cost analysis are completed
- Work with the People Team to ensure communication on new hires are provided
