Shape the Future. Influence Hiring. Deliver Talent That Makes a Difference.

Are you passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, balancing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes?

We're looking for two Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Partners to join our Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in shaping the future workforce of our organisation. This is far more than a recruitment role; it's an opportunity to become a trusted business partner, talent strategist, sourcing specialist, and diversity champion.

Working closely with leaders across the business, you'll develop innovative attraction strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, and deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes across a broad and varied portfolio of vacancies. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment where hiring demand is high, priorities evolve quickly, and your ability to balance strategic thinking with exceptional delivery truly makes an impact.

If you're energized by pace, motivated by results, and passionate about creating outstanding experiences for both candidates and hiring managers, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Workforce Partnership
You'll become a trusted advisor to your business areas, developing a deep understanding of current and future workforce needs, market challenges, and emerging skills requirements. You'll:

  • Partner with leaders to understand hiring priorities, workforce plans, and capability gaps.
  • Provide expert advice on talent availability, market trends, and attraction strategies.
  • Shape recruitment plans that balance quality, speed, cost, and diversity outcomes.
  • Use talent intelligence and market insight to influence hiring decisions and future workforce planning.

Talent Attraction & Recruitment Delivery
This is where you'll make a real impact. You'll manage a varied and active recruitment portfolio, delivering end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines while ensuring an exceptional stakeholder and candidate experience. You'll:

  • Lead recruitment activity across a diverse range of roles, including specialist, hard-to-fill, and business-critical vacancies.
  • Proactively source and engage talent using direct sourcing, talent mapping, networking, and targeted attraction strategies.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines to meet both current and future hiring needs.
  • Create meaningful connections with candidates and nurture long-term talent communities.
  • Successfully balance multiple recruitment campaigns, competing priorities, and changing business demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deliver a high-quality, responsive recruitment service that supports business growth and operational success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
