Talent Administrator
Location: Victoria, London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Contract: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Administrator to join a busy, high-performing in-house recruitment team. This role offers exposure to high-volume recruitment, involvement in a major ATS implementation, and a genuine opportunity to progress into a Talent Partner position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment administration across 60+ live vacancies
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate conversations
- Manage job adverts across multiple recruitment channels
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for junior administrative roles
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate and hiring manager communications
- Maintain accurate recruitment data across ATS platforms (Cornerstone transitioning to Workday)
- Produce recruitment reports and support data-driven hiring decisions
- Champion an excellent candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and support the Workday implementation

Ideal Candidate
- Previous recruitment experience within an in-house or agency environment, ideally supporting head office or professional services hiring
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment function
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and confident working independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable using recruitment systems and reporting on recruitment data
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience and supporting diversity and inclusion
- Experience with Workday, Cornerstone, or another ATS is advantageous but not essential
- Ambitious to develop into a Talent Partner role over time
