We are recruiting for an experienced Talent Advisor to join our thriving team on a 6-month fixed term contract basis.

Reporting to the Lead Talent Partner

The successful candidate will provide first-line support and query resolution for all volume recruitment activities.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday, with flexibility of start/finish times to accommodate life outside of work.

We have a hybrid working policy in place, where the expectation is for us to work 4 days a week in our head office based in Coventry (CV3 2TT).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide dedicated 1st line support for all recruitment queries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure that the recruitment process is consistently followed at every stage, maintaining high standards and efficiency throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Conduct initial recruitment briefings and post jobs across relevant channels to attract suitable candidates for volume recruitment
  • Provide support in sourcing candidates for roles based on business needs and recruitment requirements
  • Assist in scheduling interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth process, and provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates
  • Manage the offer process, including the preparation and administration of offer letters, and ensure smooth communication with candidates until their first day
  • Provide ad-hoc cover and support to other members of the team as required to ensure continuity in the recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficient in using recruitment systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR-related software
  • Attention to detail with a focus on process accuracy and candidate experience
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
