We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Talent and Development Manager to join a prestigious luxury hospitality group.
What's on Offer Salary: £45,000–£50,000 per annum Monday to Friday, office-based, 9:00am–6:00pm Excellent opportunity to develop your career within a prestigious and dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment, onboarding, learning, and employee development initiatives across the organisation. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, attracting and selecting high-quality talent. Design and deliver engaging onboarding and induction programmes. Work closely with managers to identify training needs and implement learning and development initiatives that support employee performance and career growth. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment, onboarding, and training programmes.

About You Previous experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, and stakeholder management within a professional HR or People function. Experience within luxury hospitality environments, including 5-star hotels, high-end establishments, or private members' clubs. Strong organisational, communication, coaching, and project management skills. Ability to analyse workforce data and measure the effectiveness of people initiatives. CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable.
