Talent and Employer Brand Global Campaign Marketing Manager
Carter Murray is working with a global Management Consultancy firm to recruit a Global Campaign Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of integrated talent and employer brand campaigns that strengthen our reputation and attract exceptional people across key growth markets, particularly the US.
Working within the Central Marketing team, a brand new role will run campaigns end-to-end—from insight, planning and agency briefing through to execution, optimisation and measurement. It will collaborate closely with recruitment, marketing, market leaders and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns across digital, social, content, PR, partnerships and events.

What you'll be doing:
- Lead global employer brand and talent attraction campaigns.
- Develop compelling EVP-led messaging and multi-channel campaign plans.
- Manage creative, media and PR agencies to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Drive thought leadership, partnerships and PR initiatives that build brand credibility.
- Track campaign performance, optimise activity and demonstrate ROI.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align marketing activity with business growth priorities.

What they are looking for:
- Solid B2B marketing experience, including campaign ownership at manager level.
- Strong employer brand and talent marketing expertise.
- Proven experience delivering global, integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- Background in professional services or a similarly complex B2B environment.
- Commercially minded, data-driven and highly collaborative.
- Confident managing agencies, budgets and senior stakeholders.
