Company Description / Business Unit

For over a century, The AA has been keeping Britain moving. Today, millions of drivers trust us to be there when it matters most, and we're equally committed to supporting the people who make that possible. With a 4.5-star Glassdoor rating, we've built a culture where colleagues are empowered to grow, collaborate and make a real impact for our customers on every journey. This is the job

This is a chance to shape how The AA attracts, engages and converts the talent we need now and for the future.

We’re looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. You’ll lead the development and delivery of talent attraction activity across The AA, helping us strengthen our employer brand, improve the performance of attraction channels and build sustainable talent pipelines that support workforce plans and business priorities.

Working with Talent Acquisition colleagues, HR, Marketing and business leaders, you’ll turn insight into clear attraction strategies, campaigns and recommendations. Initially, you’ll oversee the performance of external attraction partners to make sure activity delivers measurable value and a positive candidate experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
