Role Description
The Talent Co-Ordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role supports day-to-day talent management activities, including coordinating schedules, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining clear communication between artists, internal teams, and external partners.

Responsibilities

- Organizing meetings
- Managing correspondence
- Supporting onboarding processes for new talent
- Assisting with basic contract and documentation workflows
- Tracking deliverables
- Maintaining accurate records of artist activity
- Ensuring a smooth experience for talent across promotion, events, and campaigns
The role requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, self-initiative, and common sense to engage professionally with artists, partners, and brands.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, documentation, and general office coordination, invoicing.
- Experience or interest in Talent Management, supporting artist relations, and day-to-day coordination.
- Ability to assist with Onboarding processes for new talent, ensuring efficient and welcoming integration into the roster.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a music, entertainment, or creative industry environment is highly beneficial.
- Competency with common office software and communication tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project management platforms).
- Relevant education or equivalent experience in management, media, music business, or a related field is an advantage.
