Talent Associate - Deep-Tech Recruitment

At Thyme, we partner with some of Europe's most ambitious technology startups and scaleups, helping them hire exceptional people across AI, software engineering, product and emerging technologies.

We're looking for ambitious people who are curious, commercially minded and excited by continuous learning.

You don't need recruitment experience. You do need the drive to become an expert.

What you'll do:

  • Learn how high-growth technology companies hire.
  • Research niche technology markets and identify exceptional talent.
  • Build relationships with engineers, product leaders and founders.
  • Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop commercial, technical and communication skills.
  • Work alongside experienced consultants on live searches.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What makes this role different?

Technology changes every day

One week you'll be learning about AI agents, the next distributed systems, robotics or quantitative trading.

We provide daily training and mentoring, but the people who succeed here are the ones who take ownership of their learning. They use tools like ChatGPT and Claude to understand technical concepts, ask thoughtful questions and continually develop their knowledge.

If you're someone who enjoys learning, solving problems and becoming an expert in a niche market, you'll thrive here.

If you're looking for a role where every answer is provided, this isn't the right environment.
