Part-Time Talent Coordinator
This is a part-time 6-month FTC role, with the possibility of extension or a permanent role depending on performance and business needs. The working hours are 8.45am-3.15pm - perfect for someone looking for a good work-life balance.
About the Role
The Talent Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process across the business, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Working closely with managers, the role will support all stages of recruitment, from vacancy approval through to onboarding, whilst helping to strengthen Remtek's employer brand and talent attraction strategy. The Talent Coordinator will proactively source candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment systems and records, and continuously improve recruitment processes to support the organisation's current and future hiring needs.
The role plays a key part in ensuring the business attracts, engages, and hires high-quality talent whilst delivering a professional, efficient, and candidate-focused recruitment experience.
Essential
- Previous experience within a recruitment, talent acquisition, or coordination role.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with managers and candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using recruitment systems, applicant tracking systems, or HR software.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Desirable
- Experience working within an internal recruitment or talent acquisition environment.
- Experience recruiting across multiple departments and disciplines.
- Knowledge of employment legislation relating to recruitment and selection.
- Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment.
- Experience using HiBob or similar HRIS systems.
- Experience creating recruitment reports and analysing recruitment data.
- Experience working within a technology, workplace health, ergonomics, or service-based organisation.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process across all departments.
- Using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and other job boards to scout for potential candidates.
- Manage vacancy advertising across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Create engaging job advertisements and candidate communications.
- Screen applications against role requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls where appropriate.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support offer management and pre-employment checks.
- Coordinate onboarding activities in partnership with the HR Coordinator.
Hiring Manager Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide guidance on recruitment best practice and hiring processes.
- Support managers with interview preparation and candidate evaluation.
- Assist with recruitment planning and workforce requirements.
- Ensure recruitment activity aligns with company procedures and standards.

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Support the development and promotion of Remtek's employer brand.
- Manage recruitment content across LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Promote vacancies through appropriate sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain talent pools for future recruitment requirements.
- Develop relationships with recruitment partners, colleges, universities, and industry networks where appropriate.
- Support initiatives that position Remtek as an employer of choice.
Recruitment Administration
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data.
- Manage recruitment inbox enquiries.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and recruitment legislation.
- Produce recruitment documentation and offer paperwork.
- Support the maintenance of recruitment policies, procedures, and templates.
- Monitor and track recruitment activity and vacancy status.
Recruitment Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Produce recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Monitor key recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Make recommendations to improve efficiency and recruitment outcomes.
- Support recruitment-related projects and initiatives across the business.
