The Role
We're looking for a highly organised Talent Coordinator to support our team across campaign management, creator strategy, operations and business development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in the US market, looking to build a career within the creator economy. You'll gain exposure to every stage of talent management, working directly alongside senior management and supporting some of the industry's most exciting creators.
No two days are the same. You'll be expected to take ownership, think proactively and become a trusted point of contact for both creators and brands.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Run end to end campaign management from brief to reporting, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
- Review campaign briefs and communicate requirements clearly with creators and brands.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables and approvals across creators, brands and agencies.

Talent Management Support
- Support Talent Managers with the day-to-day management of creator relationships.
- Help creators develop multi-platform content pillars and strategies that align with their long-term career goals.
- Brainstorm creative campaign concepts and content ideas.
- Research opportunities that align with each creator's brand positioning.
- Coordinate gifting and event opportunities for creators.
- Identify emerging creators across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube and maintain scouting pipeline.
Operations
- Support the Founder with day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks.
- Help improve internal processes, workflows and documentation.
- Coordinate travel, schedules and meeting logistics when required.
- Support wider business projects as EVM Global continues to grow.
Requirements
- Based in London.
- Preferred 1 years experience in the talent/creator space.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy, content creation and the social media landscape.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
