Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Global Technology Platform | Manchester Hybrid (2 Days Office / 3 Days Home)
A global technology platform is looking for a highly organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support senior-level hiring across multiple international markets.
Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, senior executives, and Executive Assistants, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience. This is a fast-paced, highly visible position where you'll manage complex interview scheduling, coordinate global hiring activity, and ensure candidates and stakeholders receive exceptional support throughout the recruitment process.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruitment Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or Executive Support professional who enjoys managing complex international schedules and is interested in supporting executive and senior-level recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex interview schedules across EMEA, APAC, and North America
- Manage end-to-end interview logistics for senior leadership and specialist hires
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, Executive Assistants, and business leaders
- Coordinate interview panels and ensure all participants are fully briefed and prepared
- Manage high-volume calendar activity across multiple time zones
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from interview scheduling through to offer stage
- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and changing priorities
- Support recruitment projects, hiring campaigns, and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and administration across the hiring process

About You
- Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruitment Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Executive Support Partner, or Talent Operations professional
- Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders and executive-level hiring processes
- Expertise coordinating interviews across multiple countries and time zones
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Sheets, and Docs
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior executives and leadership teams
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within a global technology, e-commerce, or international corporate environment would be highly advantageous
