We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading global security engineering company, who are seeking a People & Talent Coordinator to join their team on a 6-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience across both talent acquisition and HR coordination, combining end-to-end recruitment with broader employee lifecycle support. You'll play a key role in attracting top talent, supporting HR initiatives, and helping implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the company's new global ATS.

Job Title: People & Talent Coordinator
Location: London Bridge (Hybrid)
Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Salary: £34,000-£36,000 per annum
Role Split: 70% Talent Acquisition | 30% HR Coordination

Key Requirements:
- Proven in-house talent acquisition experience, ideally within a scaling, global or professional services environment
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies
- Exposure to HR coordination, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage high-quality candidates directly
- Experience using an ATS (Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience using recruitment data and reporting to drive improvements
- A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in systems, process optimisation and automation
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
