The role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the full hiring journey, ensuring each step runs smoothly. They play a key role in organising interviews, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with daily recruitment tasks to create a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Occasionally, support may be required at our other airport locations—East Midlands and London Stansted.

Principle accountabilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across teams
  • Manage high-volume & non volume campaigns (e.g., seasonal, graduate, frontline)
  • Set up and facilitate assessment centres; provide feedback
  • Support niche, technical, and leadership hiring
  • Post job ads on internal/external platforms
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial assessments
  • Share interview schedules and venue details with candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on role needs and timelines
  • Share regular updates on recruitment progress
  • Ensure timely communication and feedback for candidates
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS
  • Ensure policy and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR)
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents
  • Support recruitment events and branding campaigns
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives

What will make you successful in the role?

The ideal candidate for this role will be well-organised, a strong communicator, and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. They bring recruitment experience, and are confident in using applicant tracking systems, can handle multiple responsibilities while keeping both candidates and hiring managers updated.

Key requirements include:

  • Previous experience of working in a similar recruitment role with knowledge of the end–to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Excellent co-ordination, administrative, interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong team player with a flexible can do attitude
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
