Talent / Creator management (Talent Coordinator)

Talent Coordinator – London – MVE Management

We're hiring a Talent Coordinator to join our growing London team and help power the day-to-day operational hub of some of the UK’s leading creative and digital talent.

MVE is a creator-led, talent-first management company focused on long-term career strategy and business development for clients and partners. A joint venture between IMG, Joe Sugg, and Caspar Lee, we represent an elite roster of the country’s most exciting digital talent and are scaling rapidly.

The Role

As Talent Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone supporting our Talent Managers, ensuring our busy roster runs seamlessly. This is a perfect entry point into talent management, offering hands-on experience with brand partnerships, campaign execution, and a clear path to grow into a senior position as the business expands.

The ideal candidate is a sharp, organised self-starter, thriving in a hyper-active environment, detail-oriented, and eager to get hands-on with the creator economy. If this excites you, we’d love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
