We’re now looking for a Talent Development Advisor to support the delivery of our learning and development strategy across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, creative and passionate about helping people reach their potential within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Working closely with colleagues across our hotels and central teams, you’ll help ensure our people have access to engaging learning experiences, effective systems and the support they need to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
The Academy
Support the day-to-day management of The Academy, including course scheduling, facilitator coordination, stock management and venue upkeep Support managers to ensure all new starters complete structured onboarding within required timeframes Assist with the delivery of Company and Brand Welcome Days and other development workshops Create engaging learning resources including guides, training aids, eLearning content and ‘how-to’ videos Support the management of the Apprenticeship Academy, including enrolment, learner support and funding monitoring
Learning Management System (Flow)
Maintain and update the Learning Management System to ensure content remains accurate and accessible Monitor compliance scores and support stakeholders to ensure mandatory learning is completed Maintain the online training calendar in line with annual learning plans Record training attendance and upload external training certifications Support the creation and curation of online learning content and collections Coordinate external training opportunities with department leaders and suppliers

Administration & Team Support
Provide a professional, efficient and people-focused support service across all Talent Development activities Manage the Academy inbox and CMS, responding to queries within agreed service levels Produce accurate reports and maintain training records Support general administration for the Talent Development team, including invoice processing Assist with wider HR and Talent Development initiatives as required
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people development and enjoys working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint A proactive and positive approach with strong customer focus Previous experience in a Learning & Development, HR or training role Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) Experience with Canva, Articulate or other design/eLearning tools CIPD or Learning & Development qualification Previous hospitality experience Creative and solutions-focused Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Passionate about helping others learn and grow
