We are looking for a Talent Development Partner to join our growing Talent team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development professional who is passionate about developing people, enhancing performance, and creating exceptional learning experiences. Working closely with stakeholders across the Group, you will play a key role in delivering impactful talent development initiatives that build capability, support career progression, and contribute to the continued success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training programmes across Sales, Lettings, and Property Management.
- Facilitate both face-to-face and online learning sessions across the business.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and development opportunities.
- Design and deliver impactful learning solutions that support business performance.
- Coach and support employees to enhance skills, confidence, and career development.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve training content and delivery.
- Support talent initiatives including onboarding, succession planning, and career pathways.
- Act as a champion for learning and development, promoting a culture of continuous growth.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience designing and delivering training or learning programmes.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience conducting learning needs analysis and creating development solutions.
- Ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
- Experience using data and insights to measure learning impact.
- CIPD Learning & Development qualification (or working towards) desirable.
- Experience within sales, estate agency, lettings, or the property sector would be advantageous.
