We’re seeking an experienced Talent Development Manager to join a dynamic team supporting colleagues across the UK.
Following a period of growth, this newly created role involves designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end talent development strategies, programmes, and frameworks. You’ll empower teams to grow, perform, and succeed through collaboration with leaders across the business. Acting as a trusted advisor on organisational development, leadership capability, employee experience, and performance culture, this role requires a commercial mindset, strong analytical skills, and deep expertise in navigating trends like digital transformation and AI.

Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering a best-in-class leadership development programme
- Establishing performance gaps and determining learning offerings to address needs
- Partnering with senior leaders to align People, Culture & Talent strategies with business goals, supporting organisational change and new models
- Coaching leaders and teams, delivering skill development workshops
- Applying a commercial mindset to optimise leadership development activities, improving business growth
- Demonstrating expertise as a learning specialist, applying the latest techniques and methodologies
- Championing and promoting learning offerings within the organisation
- Analysing learning data to measure programme effectiveness
- Owning the end-to-end roadmap for organisational development and leadership learning solutions

Requirements
- CIPD Level 5 (or above required)
- Proven experience in leadership development and organisational development
- Experience managing HR/L&D systems and processes
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels
- Ability to work independently and deliver impactful solutions
- Confirmed experience in matrixed and multi-site organisations (preferably multi-country)
- Data literate, able to translate insights into actionable results
- Comfortable operating across strategic and operational levels with a commercial mindset
- Flexible, consultative approach Key Limitation: Requires extensive travel across the UK
