POSITION: TALENT & ENGAGEMENT INTERN
DEPARTMENT: HR
LOCATION: LONDON
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Support on the full Talent Management strategy, including the attraction, recruitment, development, and engagement, of LVMH employees across Head Office and Retail. Help to create a culture of belonging and inclusive high performance through effective internal communications and proactive employee engagement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
RECRUITMENT
- Support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the end-to-end recruitment process across Head Office and Retail roles, including advertising, candidate screening, shortlisting and video interviews as required
- Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessment centres for Head Office internship roles, while supporting the overall intern recruitment and onboarding experience
- Liaise with hiring managers to schedule interviews, gather feedback and ensure timely communication throughout the process
- Provide constructive and timely feedback to candidates, maintaining a high standard of candidate care
INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS & ENGAGEMENT
- Collaborate across Maison to curate engaging content for our internal communications platforms, including, Instagram, LinkedIn, intranet, and email
- Proactively coordinate all internal events and development workshops, including scheduling, RSVP management, logistics, and coordination with external providers
- Support the delivery of scheduled and ad hoc internal communications, ensuring attention to detail and timely distribution.
- Monitor and analyse employee feedback and engagement related to internal events, communication, and workshops, using these insights to suggest future improvements and creative solutions.
- Organise committee meetings, focus groups, and events, in line with the DEI strategy, contributing to an inclusive and engaging work environment.

ADMINISTRATION
- Ensure all relevant trackers + agreements are up to date and accurate
- Raise Purchase Orders and ensure the processing of invoices by liaising with Accounts

KEY COMPETENCIES/TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Experience of operating in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside excellent time management and prioritisation.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a consistently high standard of accuracy.
- Passion for and knowledge of social media, with an eye for engaging internal communications.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- A collaborative team player who is ambitious, energetic and hungry to make an impact.
